Our Leadership

Pastor Phil Niblett is our senior minister. After leading churches at Bognor Regis, Gosport and Belfast he and his family came to Hull in September 1983. Originally from just outside Birmingham he has now spent more of his life in Hull than anywhere else.
Philip studied at the Elim Bible College and has been a full time minister since 1968. He has proved himself to be a devoted servant and shepherd of God's flock.
As the chief preacher of the church he has consistently delivered God's Word with wisdom, humour and fatherly enthusiasm. God uses him effectively in prophecy and his prayer ministry is a great blessing to us all.
He continues to cast God's vision for the church and to lead us into our best days yet. Philip lectures within the Elim Region on Old Testament Foundations and also ministers regularly in Italy. 

Pastor Yvonne Dalheim came onto the salaried staff of the church in 2001 after having previously served on the church Leadership Team. In 2005 she was accepted as a Minister in Training by Elim's National Leadership Team and has now become an Associate Minister of our church. Yvonne, or Vonny as we affectionately know her, is the main worship leader in the church. She has built a strong and talented team around herself.
Yvonne has become a very gifted song-writer and in June 2005 we recorded our first cd of songs she has written. Yvonne also has a very strong prophetic gift and  leads our local Aspire Ladies' Meetings.

 John Dalheim is married to Yvonne and and they have two grown-up daughters, Sabine and Erika, who are both fully involved in the church.  By profession he is a teacher  and takes responsibility for looking after the church finances. John has an anointed prayer ministry and is a great asset to the Leadership Team with his wit and wisdom.
